Promotions Terms and Conditions

• Travel Dates: Applies to holidays booked more than 10 weeks in advance with Aer Lingus flights only.
• Eligible Bookings: Only applicable to package holidays sold by SimplySun Ltd., trading as Click&Go and managing Holidays with AerLingus on behalf of AerLingus, to the UK, Europe or the Canary Islands with Aer Lingus flights. The offer excludes all other destinations and airlines. The offer excludes group bookings of more than 6 passengers. A deposit €1/£1 per person, including children (no deposit for infants) must be paid at time of booking. Payment by credit and debit cards only.
• Once you have booked your SimplySun Ltd., trading as Click&Go and managing Holidays with AerLingus on behalf of AerLingus, holiday for €1/£1 deposit per person and received your confirmation invoice you are liable to pay, to us, the full amount of the outstanding balance of the cost of your holiday (as advised to you at the time of booking and as set out in your Confirmation Invoice).
• A second deposit of €150/£150 per person will be due 4 weeks after the initial booking. Payment for the final balance will be due 10 weeks prior to departure.
• If we are unable to collect payment for the 2nd Deposit or the final balance on your booking, we will be entitled to cancel your booking and you will remain liable to pay the outstanding balance of all non-refundable elements (as per our standard terms and conditions).
• Cancellation Charges, please refer to clause 16 in our Terms & Conditions.
• Special Condition: SimplySun Ltd., trading as Click&Go and managing Holidays with AerLingus on behalf of AerLingus, reserves the right to withdraw this €1/£1 Deposit Promotion at any time.

• No Holidays with Aer Lingus change fee applies to holidays travelling up to and including 31 January 2023.
• Refundable & amendable accommodation as per Holidays with Aer Lingus Terms and Conditions.
• Change your flight for free up until 7 days before departure. This includes changing your travel dates and/or destination, once it’s within the same region (Europe or North America), until 31 January 2023. Fare difference may apply. All other fare conditions remain as per airline T&C’s.
• Offer may be extended, changed or withdrawn without notice.

The prize consists of Return Aer Lingus Flights, 4 nights in the 5-star Venetian Resort Las Vegas and 2 seats on a Maverick Helicopter Tour called Vegas Views.

• No spending money, no cash in lieu, non-transferable.
• No Transfers included.
• Entrants must be over 21 years of age. 
• All bookings are subject to availability, blackout dates apply.
• Subject to availability and to a maximum value of the prize. The winner can add their own funds if they wish.
• Winner provides Holidays with Aer Lingus with 3 preferred dates for travel.
• Excludes all school holidays, bank holidays, Easter and blackout dates supplied by the hotel.
• Competition runs from Monday, 16 September to Friday, 20 September 2024.
• Booking must be made Friday, 11 October 2024.

Hotel is the 5-star Venetian Resort Las Vegas – Terms & conditions of Hotel

• Please note that this award certificate includes 5 Days and 4 Nights’ accommodation, resort fee and taxes. Reservation is subject to availability. Management reserves all rights. Blackout dates are subject to change at any time. Availability over conventions and citywide events may be limited. No Saturday arrivals. The certificate is valid for a Luxury King Suite or Luxury Two Queen Suite in either The Venetian or The Palazzo, for up to two guests. Must be 21 years of age or older to redeem. A maximum of four guests are permitted per suite. Additional guests may be subject to an extra person fee. Additional nights are available at prevailing rate. Not applicable for group bookings or for existing reservations. Cannot be used in conjunction with another discount/offer. If unused in the approved travel window, the certificate will expire as the travel window will not be extended. Certificate is non-transferable. May not be redeemed for cash. The certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen

Maverick Helicopters Terms & Conditions

• Valid until 4 Sept 2025 - Reservations are required. Blackout dates will apply. No cash value. Not qualified for upgrades. Management reserves all rights

Aer Lingus Prize T&C’s

• There is no cash value or alternative to this prize which is non-transferable.
• Frequent Flyer points or miles cannot be accrued on flights. 
• Transport to/from Dublin airport and destination airport are not included.
• Price includes return flights for 2 adults to Las Vegas Airport (LAS).
• Booking must be made before Friday, 11 October 2024. Travel must take place by April 22^nd 2025.
• Flight tickets are for economy class only.
• Flight Tickets will only be issued by e-mail.
• Aer Lingus reserves the right to change its schedule at short notice and in such an event passenger will be advised via e-mail.  
• While every effort will be made to facilitate the winners with their requests for specific travel dates, Aer Lingus reserves the right to choose specific flights and dates.
• All flights are subject to availability, and it may be difficult to obtain first-choice flights during peak travel periods, including but not restricted to bank holidays, school holidays, mid-term breaks or sporting events.  
• Travel insurance is not included in this prize and, if not already covered, it is recommended that winners purchase insurance prior to travel. Travel insurance is available via the Aer Lingus website at www.aerlingus.com
• Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel. Any necessary visas (including ESTA) are responsibility of winner and guest. The winner should check with their local authorities regarding passport and visa requirements.
• The prize winner must be aged 21 or over. Aer Lingus Limited reserves the right to require proof of age and evidence to verify the identity of an entrant at any time.
• The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.       
• It is the responsibility of the winner to check with their local authorities regarding passport, visa & all other travel requirements for entry into the destination country, and to pay any associated fees that go with these requirements e.g., ESTA visa, COVID tests.
