Vilamoura Holidays
Vilamoura is a resort that’s all about luxury. Constructed around the sophisticated Vilamoura Marina (built in the 1970's with private money), the area now encompasses approx. 20 square km. of purpose built resort for supreme Algarve holidays.
This luxury resort is known for its stunning marina and top class golf courses (it has 6!). If golf isn't for you, Vilamoura is on a 6km stretch of golden beach called Praia da Falésia with watersports to keep any age entertained and plenty of space for sunbathing. There are also numerous boat and catamaran trips that operate from the marina so you can take in the unique Algarve coast or you can try one our recommended activities. Unwind with some delicious food from one of Vilamoura's many restaurants; whether you fancy traditional Portuguese or international food, every cuisine is catered for!

SHARED SHUTTLE
You can get a shared shuttle from Faro Airport to Vilamoura. This a coach transfer with multiple stops en route to your accommodation. It's the cheapest but slowest option.
SPEEDY SHUTTLE
You also can get a speedy shuttle from Faro Airport to Vilamoura. This also a coach transfer but with a maximum of 4-5 stops en route to your accommodation. It costs slightly more than the shared shuttle, but is faster.
PRIVATE TRANSFER
The fastest and most direct option, though slightly more expensive, is a private transfer. This is a private vehicle just for you and the people travelling with you. There are no stops and no waiting at the airport.
